Thomas Insurance and Benefits would like to remind you that we have an “Employee Advocate” on our staff. We realize that employees occasionally need assistance in resolving issues with insurance carriers, such as unpaid claims on Medical, Dental, STD and LTD, referral questions or have questions on their prescription drug plan.

Johanna joined us in 2003 after graduating cum laude from Keene State College with a BA in Communication. She is licensed in Vermont and has an excellent understanding of health insurance and what is required to resolve problems within the system.

If your employees have tried contacting the carrier at least once and still feel they need help resolving their issues, please feel free to call her or have the employee call her directly. She will always get back to you or the employee with either an answer or an update on where their issues stand.
